Put your board in OBS.

Two ways in. The helper builds everything in one click, or you paste one URL by hand.

The one-click way

Use this if the helper is installed on your streaming computer and you stream with OBS Studio.

  1. Open OBS, then open the helper

    Start OBS Studio like you would for any stream. Then click the helper icon next to your clock.

  2. Click Add to OBS

    The helper connects to your OBS, adds your board, and builds four scenes a break actually uses: Full Board, Face + Board, Cards + Board, and Break View.

  3. Flip the switch if asked

    If OBS is not listening yet, a guided screen shows you the one switch to flip inside OBS. Flip it and the helper retries on its own.

  4. Wait for the confirmation

    The helper reads every source back and confirms it before it says done. Your scenes are normal OBS scenes now. Rename them, reorder them, add your own.

The one-URL way

Works in any studio that has a browser source. No helper needed.

  1. Copy your board URL

    Log in to your dashboard and copy your board URL. It is one long link. Copy all of it.

  2. Add a browser source

    In your studio, add a new source to your scene and pick Browser. A browser source is simply a window that shows a web page. Your board is that page.

  3. Set the size to 1920 by 1080

    Type width 1920 and height 1080 in the source settings. The board is drawn for exactly this size.

  4. Paste and save

    Paste your board URL and click OK. The board appears and updates on its own from here.

Your cameras show through

Everything outside the board is transparent. No green screen, no cropping, no nudging sources by hand.

Notes for your studio

OBS Studio

Both ways work here. This is also where tap-to-switch scenes from the controller works, because scene switching happens inside OBS on your machine. That part needs the helper.

Streamlabs Desktop

Use the one-URL way. The board stays fully live: sales, hits, and ticker update the moment you tap. Switch scenes with Streamlabs' own tools.

vMix

Add your board URL as a browser input at 1920 by 1080. The board stays fully live here too. Switch scenes with vMix's own tools.
