1. Who we are and who this covers

BreakCast OS™ is operated by LogiRoot AI Inc. d/b/a LiveCast Systems ("LiveCast", "we", "us"). This policy covers two audiences:

  • Breakers and site visitors: if you have a BreakCast OS account or browse our site, we are responsible for your personal information as described here.
  • Buyers: if a breaker records your handle or purchases through BreakCast OS, that breaker is the controller of your records and we process them as the breaker's service provider. For questions or requests about your data, contact your breaker; Section 7 explains how we support those requests. Our processor role is summarized in this policy and governed by our Data Processing Addendum.

2. What we collect

From breakers and site visitors

  • Account data: name, email, company name, Instagram handle.
  • Brand uploads: the logos and brand assets you upload for your board.
  • Payment: handled by Stripe. We never store your card numbers.
  • Usage and analytics: we use Plausible, a cookieless analytics tool. Plainly: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers on our site.
  • Support communications: what you send us when you ask for help.

On behalf of breakers (buyer data)

  • Buyer handles and transaction facts: display names or platform handles plus purchase facts (team, price, time) recorded by the breaker during breaks.
  • Buyer emails: collected only through the VIP consent flow, where the buyer opts in on a notice identifying their breaker. Never scraped, never bulk-imported without consent evidence.

3. Why we use it

  • To provide and improve the Service.
  • Billing and account management.
  • Security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
  • Legal compliance.

Internal analytics on buyer data use de-identified aggregates only, never identifiable buyer records.

4. What we never do with it

We do not sell personal information. We do not use one breaker's buyer data for any other breaker or for ourselves. We do not use buyer data for advertising. We act as a service provider for buyer data, full stop.

5. Sub-processors

We use a small set of vendors to run the Service. Each processes data only to provide its function to us:

VendorWhat it does for us
Amazon Web Services (AWS)Cloud hosting, storage, and delivery
StripePayments, billing portal, and sales tax
ResendTransactional email delivery
PlausibleCookieless site analytics
AnthropicAI-assisted product features

Change notice commitment: we will update this list and notify account holders by email before adding a new sub-processor that handles personal information.

6. How long we keep it

  • Account data: for the life of your account plus a limited period afterward for legal and accounting purposes, then deleted.
  • Buyer data: controlled by the breaker. Breakers have tooling to delete or anonymize any buyer record at any time; account deletion purges the buyer ledger with the rest.
  • Backups: age out and are overwritten on a fixed schedule.

7. Your rights

  • Breakers and visitors: you can access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing legal@livecastsystems.com. We respond consistent with applicable state privacy laws.
  • Buyers: exercise your rights through your breaker, who controls your records. We give every breaker the tooling to honor access, deletion, and anonymization requests quickly, and we support those requests as the breaker's service provider. This framing follows CCPA-style law and scales to other state law variants.
  • We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.

8. Security

We protect personal information with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls that limit data access to personnel who need it, and audit logging of administrative access. No system is perfectly secure, but security is a standing gate on how we build.

9. Children

The Service is for adults 18 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email legal@livecastsystems.com and we will delete it.

10. Changes and contact

  • We may update this policy. For material changes, we will email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
  • Questions or requests: legal@livecastsystems.com or registered business address available on request via support@livecastsystems.com.
