Refund and Cancellation Policy
The whole policy on one page, in plain language. This restates Sections 5, 6, and 7 of the Terms of Service; it adds no new terms and the numbers here always match the Pricing page.
Cancel anytime, one click
- Cancel in one click from the customer portal. No calls, no forms, no retention scripts.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.
- Your subscription is $99 per month ($79 per month on the founding-breaker rate) after a $200 one-time build fee, and it renews automatically until you cancel.
The 14-day money-back guarantee
Not for you? Tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund the $200 build fee and your first month. First purchase only, one per customer.
The precise terms, exactly as they appear in the Terms of Service, Section 6:
- It applies to your first purchase only, one per customer.
- Request it within 14 days of your initial payment by emailing legal@livecastsystems.com from your account email.
- We refund your $200 build fee and your first month ($99 standard rate or $79 founding rate, whichever you paid).
- On refund, your entitlement is revoked: hosted board URLs stop serving, and access to generated assets and downloads ends.
If a payment fails
We never cut you off abruptly, and we never suspend you mid-show. Exactly as in Terms of Service, Section 7:
- You get five notifications across five days (email plus a banner in your dashboard and controller, days 0 through 4) while payment retries run.
- Only on day 5, after all five notices, is service suspended. If you are live when that moment arrives, suspension waits until your session ends.
- Pay at any point and service restores instantly.
