VIP Consent Notice and Email Footer
The templates BreakCast OS™ merges for each breaker's VIP list. The consent page is what a buyer sees before opting in; the footer rides on every VIP email.
These are templates, not a policy of their own. The product renders them per breaker. In every rendering, the breaker (not LiveCast) is the party collecting the buyer's information; LiveCast (LogiRoot AI Inc. d/b/a LiveCast Systems) stores the records as the breaker's service provider under the Data Processing Addendum and the Privacy Policy.
Merge fields and placeholders
- {{breaker_name}}, {{breaker_mailing_address}}, {{breaker_terms_url}}, {{unsubscribe_url}}, {{consent_url}}: lowercase fields, merged by the product per breaker and per email.
- July 8, 2026, v1.0: uppercase env-manifest placeholders, resolved at publication, never invented.
- If a breaker has no terms of their own, the product omits the {{breaker_terms_url}} line entirely rather than rendering an empty link.
Template A: VIP consent page
Join {{breaker_name}}'s VIP list
{{breaker_name}} is collecting your handle, your email address, and your purchase history with {{breaker_name}} to run their VIP program: perks, comps, and break invites.
Your information is stored on BreakCast OS by LiveCast Systems, {{breaker_name}}'s service provider. LiveCast never sells it, never uses it for its own marketing, and never shares it with other sellers. See {{breaker_name}}'s terms at {{breaker_terms_url}} and the LiveCast Privacy Policy for the service-provider role.
You can unsubscribe or ask {{breaker_name}} to delete your information at any time.
[ Yes, add me to {{breaker_name}}'s VIP list ] (single clear consent action; nothing is pre-checked)
Consent record: when the buyer confirms, the product automatically captures the timestamp, the notice version (v1.0), and the source of the consent, and stores them with the record as consent evidence.

Rules the product enforces around these templates
- The footer identifies the breaker as the sender and carries the breaker's physical mailing address line, per CAN-SPAM.
- Unsubscribe is one tap, honored automatically, and logged. No VIP email goes out without the footer.
- Buyer emails enter the system only through this consent flow. No scraping, no bulk import without consent evidence.
- Buyers can exercise access, deletion, and anonymization rights through their breaker; the product gives the breaker the tooling (see the DPA, Section 6).
